Publication in Conference Proceedings

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers and evaluated on the originality of the content, technical and research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contribution and readability.The accepted papers (registered and presented) of ITIN2024 will be published on Conference Proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex.


1. All accepted papers must be accompanied by at least one registration. Each registration will cover only one paper.
2. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

ITIN follows the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible procedures against any publication misconduct. This Conference is committed to maintaining high standards through a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies. Any infringements of professional ethical codes, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, bogus claims of authorship, should be taken very seriously by the editors with zero tolerance.
The submitted manuscript should not have been previously published in any form and must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Step-2: Preliminary Review

The topic of manuscript must be included in the conference's aim and scope. Then, the similarity rate checking will be done. Manuscripts out of topic or plagiarism will be rejected. 


Step-3: Peer Review

ITIN 2024 uses double-blind system for Peer-Review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least 2-3 experts in related field: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process takes about 1-2 weeks.


Step-4: Result 

The review result is based on the suggestions of the reviewers. If reviewers have different opinion on manuscript, the editor will make a balanced decision based on all comments, or a second round of peer-review may be initiated.
